Task
Nastuzzio cafe is a family-owned business that had been first opened in Milano, Italy. The owner asked me to design an elegant-looking website that would attract customers of all ages and income. They also wanted a logo to match the design (and it should be versatile so they could print it on their marketing materials and on the cafe windows and doors).

Dark theme will always look elegant

Nastuzzio and his wife are those people who radiate with warm vibes, and I wanted their website to give out such vibes too. Their main product is macarons made following an old family recipe, and I thought that hiding these magnificent yummies would be a true crime. Once on the main page of the website, a visitor could see the variety of macarons the cafe offers. The website turned out pretty simple but very user friendly and attractive.
Color scheme
A cafe that sells macarons and hot coffee deserves a warm color palette, sampled out of the cafe’s pictures
Logo
This family-owned business cherishes its traditions, that is why I decided to create a monogram logo for them. I used the first letter of the owner’s name (and cafe’s), which is an ‘N’, and added a ‘C’ for ‘cafe’. It is now very recognizable and still easy to replicate on any other marketing materials such as business cards and menu.
